Recently Smoke Rings 72 has had the honor of hosting a very special Perdomo Legacy event with our Perdomo rep, John Converse. Guests enjoyed an exclusive evening diving into the history and craftsmanship behind this celebrated line, created by Nicholas Perdomo for his father, Nick Perdomo, president of Perdomo Cigars.
The highlight of the night was the release of the Gran Belicoso—a limited size chosen to honor Nicholas Perdomo III’s grandfather, as it was his favorite vitola. This special size will only be available seasonally, during Christmas and Father’s Day, making it a true collector’s piece for cigar enthusiasts.
At Smoke Rings 72, we proudly carry the entire Perdomo Legacy lineup. The Nicaraguan Shade, a hybrid of Cuban seed and Cameroon seed tobacco, serves as the focal point of the line and is featured as the wrapper. It also plays a key role as the binder in the Connecticut and Maduro blends, rounding out a versatile and balanced collection.
