Don Julio is a Dominican Puro made at the De Los Reyes Factory in the Dominican Republic. The cigars are packed in a bed of tobacco and the Red Lacquered box jumps out at you when you enter the humidor. This cigar starts out with a nice graham cracker like flavor note and moves into a nice slight pepper and earth and continues to take you on a journey like no other. As you continue to smoke you will get slight hints of Cumin and some savory notes. The final third gets a little more mellow, it is definitely an easy smoke. This cigar has Ligero tobacco throughout. But the perfect blending adds flavor to this solid medium body smoke.
